The general public/stakeholder is hereby informed that the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) invites comments/suggestions on the amendment in “Apprentices Act,1961” with an objective to enhance the apprenticeship opportunities for youth.

Any person/stakeholder desirous of sending their comments/suggestions may do so through e-mail at anita.sriv@nic.in within thirty working days from the date of publication of the details of the invite.

The last date for submission of inputs is 10th May 2021.

Selected apprenticee must be given assurance of absorption by the company in permanent cadre on a fixed renumeration and after 3 years they must be given all the benefits of regular employee because an apprenticee joins apprentice in a young age and after getting skills he must be used for nation building.

माननीय मेरा एक सुझाव है कि जो बच्चे किसी कारणवश पढ़ाई नहीं कर पाते उनके लिए कुछ ऐसे ट्रेनिंग प्रोग्राम शुरू किए जाए जिससे की वो अपनी रुचिनुसार उनमें हिस्सा ले और एक नई दिशा देकर अपने कैरियर को आगे बढ़ाएं!!

Apprenticeship needs to be made mandatory in all trades and disciplines. The compensation shall be at least at par with lowest salary grade. If it is more than 6 month duration then benefits such as PF, medical assistance, travel, casual leave etc. shall be made applicable. For any temporary or permanent or normal employment completion may be made compulsory. Most importantly the norms shall be uniform all over the country.

माननीय प्रधान सेवक जी, सादर प्रणाम और नमस्कार!! माननीय मेरा सुझाव है कि क्यों न प्रशिक्षण आठवीं कक्षा से ही शुरू किया जाए जिससे की बच्चों की रुचि और कला का पता चल सकेगा!! इससे ये होएगा कि बच्चों को अपनी रुचिनुसार विषय चुनने की समझ आएगी और वो उसमे कुछ उपलब्धि हासिल कर पाएगा!! सबसे अच्छा ये है कि वो शुरू से ही उसमे अपना ध्यान केंद्रित कर पाएगा!! और इसे केंद्र सरकार द्वारा ही संचालित किया जाए क्योंकि राज्य सरकारों के भरोसे कुछ भी संभव नहीं है!!मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है कि आप इस और ध्यान केंद्रित करेंगे

आप जब भी कोई अप्रेन्टिस विषय को चालू करें ये बात जरूर ध्यान दे उस अप्रेन्टिस से बच्चे कम से कम इस लायक हो जाय कि उनको यदि नौकरी न मिले तो वो खुद कुछ पैसे कमा सके टार्गेट यही हो सभी विषय का जो अप्रेन्टिस करेगा वो इस लायक हो जाएगा कि अपना खर्च निकाल के जीवन यापन कर

apprentice act should have a mechanism to check the skill of person after the training. most companies use apprentice as just manual labour. this must go. a government recognized test to be done after training. the grade is to be made and that should be the base for further appointment of these people in jobs

mandatory every private company to provision for trainee min 10% of the organization head counts.... also they need to pay minimum wages and medical benefits like employment.
