Apprentice shall be made mandatory for all who completed graduation and seeking jobs, but not opting for Masters or further studies. Apprenticeship shall be offered for all streams taught at University level. Offer job opportunities to Apprentice/ Trainees as per vacancies and their performance during the course term. During apprenticeship one can be upgraded to perform multiple tasks, but not restricted only to those available in that organisation. No categorisation policy in apprenticeship.

Dear Sir/Ma'am I think the employee of apprentices should decide on basis of conducting exams or interview to give the apprentice a permanent job. he has done a lot and he deserves a chance to prove himself.

There should be clear criteria to assess with experienced guidance.Acknowledgement on the commitment should be carried out by the properitor directly. Must not fall on the dirty politics with in the organisation, so there should always be transparency between the employees and employer. Rules on pf,ml,cl all should be clear and strong.when the foundation is good then the structure will be perfect so long term projects will be fruitful to welfare activities and thus nation building.Lend a support

With an aim to achieve the desired growth rate and to meet the skill manpower requirement as a result of dynamic expansion being witnessed in the current scenario, MSDE has taken various initiatives to sensitize the need and importance of engaging apprentices among all establishments,”In India, less than 0.1% of the employed workforce or just 0.3 million people are apprentices. In comparison, the UK has 1.5% or 0.5 million, China has 2.5% or 20 million, and Germany has 5% or 2.5 million apprenti
