The general public/stakeholder is hereby informed that the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) invites comments/suggestions on the amendment in “Apprentices Act,1961” with an objective to enhance the apprenticeship opportunities for youth.

Any person/stakeholder desirous of sending their comments/suggestions may do so through e-mail at anita.sriv@nic.in within thirty working days from the date of publication of the details of the invite.

The last date for submission of inputs is 10th May 2021.

well done.....👍very good job...keep it up....let me one think I want to say that if we are talking about private school fees...than in Punjab district sangrur our school is only one who give less fees

it will be a good initiative of Govt. India but what after the apprenticeship ? any security of job for the youth ? if he meets your expectations in the Apprenticeship program? are my points of discussion... thank you

BEING AN INDIAN AND MOST IMPORTANTLY HUMAN BEING I REQUEST TO MAKE AMMENDMENT CHANGES IN SUCH A WAY THAT IT WOULD BE BENEFICIAL TO ALL CLASSES I.e UPPER,LOWER,MIDDLE CLASSES .ONE MOST THING IS FINANCIAL SECURITY SHOULD BE ASSURED TO EACH AND EVERY INDIAN.

have made in December 2014 in the apprecenties act. 1): Non-engineering areas covered under the provisions of apprecenties act.2): Employer allowed to provide for optional trader.he can design his own syllabus for that purpose.3): Multiple employers can join either themselves or through an agency to provide apprecenties training.4): Hours of work and leave will be as per the discretion or policy of the employer. 5): Details are to be filed electronically on portal site to be developed. and 6):

In my point of view this act of providing for the regulation and control of training of apprentice and for connected with is a good one because one does not only need knowledge about their job but they should also be able how to make a best out of the worst situation .Even if a person is be well educated if he /she don't have the proper etiquette then what is the use?

सबसे से पहले पान गुटका खा कर इधर उधर थूकना मास्क लगाने का सही तरीका बताना। और देश में तेज रफ्तार गाड़ी चलाने वाले पर सख्ती करे स्पीड कैप्चर कैमरा लगवाए , आरटीओ विभाग सोयेयम डार्विंग लायसन को एक्सपायर डेट पर पर नजर रक्खे एक्सपायर लायसन डेट पुरी होने पर उनको सुचित करे लोगो को जागृत करे अपने आस पास की कमियों को जनता खुद संज्ञान ले और उसे सरकार को अवगत कराएं और उसका निवारण हो सरकार हर काम घर घर जा कर तो नही हाल कर सकते है कुल मिला कर जनता संज्ञान ले अपने समस्या का ऐसा जनता जागरूक अभियान चलाया जाय
