The general public/stakeholder is hereby informed that the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) invites comments/suggestions on the amendment in “Apprentices Act,1961” with an objective to enhance the apprenticeship opportunities for youth.

Any person/stakeholder desirous of sending their comments/suggestions may do so through e-mail at anita.sriv@nic.in within thirty working days from the date of publication of the details of the invite.

The last date for submission of inputs is 10th May 2021.

Good Morning Ma'am/Sir Amendment of Apprentices act.1961 should be change.my view is after 5th class students distribute 3 categories.1st above 60% marks.they can choose any subjects .after 10th they can choose any stream.2nd is Students have technical brain but no interest study.they adopt Skill Subjects.like is fashion design,home science,phy.edu.yoga,computer,OPPetc.3rd is slow learner students like plumbing,carpeting,technicians, beauty parler,cutting and tailoring & refrigeration etc. thank

Namaste there should be mentorship programme for people of all ages.If children would be included ,then a skilled labour force could be produced

कौशल विकास बच्चों के लिए अति आवश्यक और हम यह जानते हैं की बच्चों की अधिकतर रुचि किस चीज में होती है 15 वर्ष से कम आयु के बच्चों को मनोरंजन करने वाले प्रशिक्षण दिया जाए तो वे स्वेच्छा और रुचि से इसमें प्रशिक्षित हो जाएंगे। उदाहरण के लिए खेल,नृत्य,अभिनय,संगीत उपकरणों को बजाने और गाने की कलाओं में। वहीं दूसरी ओर 12 से 28 वर्ष तक के किशोर एवं युवा को लैपटॉप, मोबाइल आदि की सहायता से कोडिंग,सॉफ्टवेयर, हार्डवेयर क्षेत्र में सभी प्रकार की प्रशिक्षण दी जाए तो वे अवश्य प्रशिक्षित हो जाएंगे। “जय हिंद”

सर, Apprentice को सभी शिक्षार्थियों के लिए(ITI, Diploma) जरूरी होना चाहिये और इसकी समय सीमा भी अधिक(min 4) होनी चाहिये । सभी के लिए Apprentice होगी तो कोई अपने आपको बेरोजगार भी नहीं समझेगा और निकाले जाने के समय तक उसे अपनी क्षमता, योग्यता का भान हो जायेगा । उस अनुभव के आधार पर वो फिर अपनी नयी जाॅब भी ढूंढ सकेगा/ सकेगी । सभी कंपनियों को, सरकारी संस्थानों को भी अपनी जरूरत के हिसाब से apprentice के लिए अवसर देने होंगे जिससे कि किसी एक संस्थान पर कोई बोझ न पड़े। इसमें उन्हें वेतन की भी बचत होगी । Th

सरकार बखूबी सराहनीय कार्य कर रही है । परन्तु मै चाहूंगा ही सरकार की पैनी नजर हर क्षेत्र पर हो और योग्य व्यक्ति को योग्य पद या स्थान अथवा अवसर प्राप्त हो सके । बेरोजगारी को सुधारने के लिए सरकार को चाहिए कि निजी संगठनों पे भी अपनी पैनी नजर बनाए ताकि अवसरों की तादाद में वृद्धि हो सके धन्यवाद। दीपक कुमार पंडा रायगढ़ chhatisgarh
