As per my opinion country like India where the number of unemployment rate is more in such crisis situation government should be kindfu to support such apprentice services to provide them all those benefits as central and state governments permanent employes enjoying....keep a safe eye on present situation and consider it as soon as possible to do the Amendment of 1861 is deserved for this new generation.

kindly consider the following points for the draft.... 1. Whatever trade a person is learning they should be given some exposure of personal and social skills along with trade learning. This will have holistic impact on the person. 2. There should be provision to open the learning to any one online and some hand on practice to learner if required learner may bear the cost. 3. There should be a system of grading the trade person so that people in general will trust them and pay accordingly.

In any industry or an establishment the employer can impart an Apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961. ... The amendment also was extended to Non-Engineering graduates and establishments were allowed to engage apprentices in optional trades
