The general public/stakeholder is hereby informed that the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) invites comments/suggestions on the amendment in “Apprentices Act,1961” with an objective to enhance the apprenticeship opportunities for youth.

Any person/stakeholder desirous of sending their comments/suggestions may do so through e-mail at anita.sriv@nic.in within thirty working days from the date of publication of the details of the invite.

The last date for submission of inputs is 10th May 2021.

it's good to think.Kindly add all facilities for apprentice during training like medical insurance/GPA/allowances. To enhance skill and decrease labour issue practical training has to do for two years.

I was an apprentice and i am sharing my views. There should be team to Redressal the problems of Apprentices. It should be compulsory for the team to review the problems of apprentices again and again and mandatory to report to central government. There should actions to be taken within a given time.

sir. as experiance to maintain the NGO working for Foods Processing Industry. l Lalita Bora Founder of Heart agrotech Institute Pune Maharashtra. .think that we have to specilise the Institute and offer the practical Diploma level Training programme with complete hand holding support (6 months) still the Entrepreneur is successful marker . or skill training institution may assist them. so expect practical solution HAI have such type of experience and has more tham 1000 students

१)इसमें उम्र को लेटर किते ग्रे प्रावधान में संशोधन होने चाहिए। ज्यादातर कंपनियां 24 साल तक के उम्र को पैमाना बनाकर एप्रेंटिस के लिए लेती है। उम्र को लेकर किए प्रावधान में छूट मिलनी चाहिए। २) इसके प्रचार प्रसार के लिए इसको पाठ्यक्रम का हिस्सा बनाया जाए।

apprentice ship shall be part of education ie it should be made mendatory in the college and institute। necessary certificate shall be issued as part of qualifications for job or stating business, management, development।
