In respect to Budget 2017, I want to suggest that, GST act should be implemented from fy 2017-18, further, In respect to Income tax, to control over the black money in real estate, section 50C & 56 require changes, the person ready to Purchase by cheque with actual amount which may be above the 50C , and ready to pay capital gain, but, u/s. 56, amount above the stamp duty value be treated as gift and assessed accordingly, hence, the most cases, black money created, hence rectify sec.56,best wishs

Jammu n Kashimir first needs deletion of article 370. My first visit and experience and discussion with the public shows that they want the removal of article so that all round development takes place and all will get employment but they are of the feeling that the politicians from both the countries are playing and working against the development for their political gain.

Hon. PM has great vision and concept to increase the use of debit/credit/ ATM card for banking transaction, I want to suggest that, the Limit of AIR of rs.2 lacs to be reported for such transaction to income tax should be deleted, further, charges on such transaction upto certain limit should not be taken and in case of large transaction amount, the charges should be minimum, in the initial period, some discount can be given for encouragement to people for using such digital system, best wishes

In respect to Mann Ki Baat November 2016, Hon. PM has made decision of demonatisation has been heartly welcome by poor, middle class & honest people of the country, the leader of opposition opposing the decision is reason to believe that, they must have large amount of notes of 500,1000 by the undisclosed sources, such facts should be put into the knowledge of common public,so that, they can know, why the Bharat Bandh declared by opposition on 28th,not for public but for own illegal money, best wishs

Sir Jammu being the second largest city of the state needs special attention from the central govt.
1. The city lacks organised public transport system which can be looked upon
2. The major area of city households are not having door to door collecting service of garbage by JDA
3. The sewage condition is bad and there are open nallah throughout the city which needs to be covered
4. Major heritage sites are facing apathy of state govt & need urgent attention otherwise they'll reduce to ruins
