India has the largest Youth population in the world. This demographic dividend, in the light of its impact on work participation and dependency ratios, is a window of opportunity in terms of the growth and development of our country, an opportunity which would need to be seized before the window closes.

To optimally tap the constructive and creative energies of the youth, the Department of Youth Affairs pursues the twin objectives of personality-building and nation-building, that is, developing the personalities of youth and involving them in various nation-building activities.

Young people's training, education, and skills are among our society's most valuable resources, and they are inextricably linked to dealing with the complex problems of the future. Exceptionally skilled youth have a profound impact on the economy and society of a country and change the way we work, communicate; engage in developmental and social activities. They also drive innovation in many different spheres of life.

No wonder there is a very strong correlation between education & skills and innovation & invention and thereby development in various spheres of life. To achieve this, the focus needs to be directed toward the recognition and promotion of children's creativity, with the aim of a continuous strengthening and development among youth and adolescents.

The Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India is hosting a discussion/invite suggestions on MyGov for a period of one month with the youth (15-29 years) of the country having exceptional skills of invention and innovation. The received inputs will be reviewed by the relevant Ministry/Department, and the entries will be shortlisted. The youth, whose entries have been shortlisted, may be asked to provide a detailed presentation of their ideas in a national-level workshop, either physically or virtually.

Respected sir This letter is for your opinion and cooperation. It is very sad to tell you that the number of patients in the hospitals of Bharuch district is increasing day by day and the need for blood is just as high. There are 3 blood banks in Bharuch which are a "Red Cross", "General Hospital" and "Unity Blood Bank". Where the Red Cross and Unity Blood Bank prove to be very expensive especially for the poor class because when someone urgently needs 6 to 7 units of blood they can get ₹ 1300 per unit in Red Cross and overnight extra charge of ₹ 150 and Unity Blood Bank Have to pay ₹ 1600 per unit. So our trust proposes that our trust is CSR and 18G registered. So we want to set up a blood bank run by a trust that can supply blood to the poor at a nominal cost of ₹ 600 to ₹ 800 per unit. From which poor and middle class people can easily get blood

Honourable Prime Minister Sir, ( REVISED ) It is very painful to see that Morby Cable Bridge has taken the lives of 134 people including 47 children. The country being full of festivals celebrations and tourism friendly people it must be the constant endeavour of the authorities to identify pain points at these sites to tame the unforeseen eventualities. The most important human phenomenon MOB PSYCHOLOGY ( which generally takes the route of foolishness over common sense )must be anticipated well in advance to arrest accidents at tourism locations. All weak cable bridges or any other old weak bridges needs to be monitored and repaired on regular basis. Cable Bridges or any other non-cement-steel-concrete bridges provide enthusiasm for the public to ride over them but they are highly prone to accidents. Authorities must study all previous bridge related accidents and come up with a proper modification and repair plans to curtail future accidents at bridges.

Sir, Coaching and tution centers have become a good business today. There students are taught, how to get good marks or top the exams but even the topper students don't have the practical knowledge of the subjects and innovative thinking because they were never familiarised with these ideas in classroom. Attending coaching classes increase marks definitely as well as very hard competition for those who can't afford the expensive coaching classes for exams like JEE and NEET. This existing practice is raising inequality of opportunities among students. Parents prefer to get their children enrolled in some tution classes instead of self-learning so that their children can score good in exams. Teachers don't pay attention on practical use of subjects being taught but they just stress on those topics which are important on exam point of view. Education should be imparted equally and free of coast to all focusing on productiveness, innovation and social duties. No Exams No Stress No Tution.
