(as full timing is a major issue with them PAY PER NEED model can be promoted. with this home makers are not bound & can serve & earn basis timing available . woman will register on an App & if an activity close to her location interests her then she can do it for a mutually agreed sum. this sum can be lesser than a full time professional but will help them in gaining money. and if women can excel & manage home they can take the tasks as full time employment.

india is going through a demographic transformation with many joining the ranks of senior citizens , facing lonely old age as couple or single.
health issues, mental well being become challenge..if home makers can be trained as Geratic care..
they can augment their income by taking care of senior citizens in their neighbour hood.
by visiting them for few hours on all teenage days .
this cam help reweaving the fibre of community and better value systems for our future.

Portal for Freelance Work—For the services; the making of technical drawing/s, textile pattern design, tile design, data entry, big-data analysis, document processing etc.—In which it has their CV, work portfolio, work experience and related documents. It will open-up plenty of opportunities for MSMEs sector, as MSMEs is working on a tight budget and low at input service requirement.
The best part is, this kind of service portal introduces the newer avenue 'work at your comfortable time'.

according to the economist we found that indian women spend 6-7 hours of work at day time and 3-4 hours of work at night. All the women in india only get 2-3 hours left in their busy schedule. So my suggestion is that if all the women do different work for earn some money like:- making of papad at home and sell them, making of pickles, masala, some artificial jewelry, namkeen, purses, carpets, etc. They all things need only minimum amount of investment. somtime women's may teach small children.
