Khadi and village industries should try to engage all interested unemployed in their radius of kilometer or two or so to produce their products by supplying them raw material one a week or so at fixed rates which should be settled on collection of finished product.
Payment should be made on the spot through electronic medium or app apps.

For Technically qualified and experienced women who quit jobs due to their attention required at home.
Many of these women have spare time and crave for work. Some options must be available in government sector also wherein Government can use these potential and experience with work from home options.
Really it will be a life saver for many.

Home makers are actually the nation builders. Every citizen of any country is nurtured by a homemaker. The experience of handling emotions, temperament of every family member and take them ahead together with a smile on their needs an incentive higher than any post in the country. Govt. should take initiative of launching a program on " Good Citizen of the country " the home makers should be given responsibility of this program. Based on their efforts, initiatives they should be incentivised.

Sir,
Small submissions can yeild a very big output if viewed generously. On creating a nation or state wide platform, wherein we can gather individualised versions of the same products. For eg- woven bags- the need of the hour to reduce plastic usage, woven bottle holders, decorations made out of plastic recycles, like flower pots made up of plastic bottles, employing educated women for starting small ventures of evening schools. This can be done on the basis of their localities.
Thankyou.

sir.
We know women can work on designs on different goods, manufacturing of goods in their house, some others have talent of management .So we can start small industrial programs on basis of women's talent in specific areas and provide them a effective market environment(so that they can earn profit more and directly). Providing them cheap raw materials.
If women work in groups,we also can start some educational programs like providing them information about technology, theirs rights and safty.
