As a home maker a mother is the best teacher for her kid's but she could also contribute as a teacher to the underprivileged kid's in a neighborhood so a government platform which enables these underprivileged to access mother's who could teach them social science and moral lessons to improve the social upbringing of these children and build an inclusive society for the future. This may not be monitized but could benefit the society at large hence can be funded to an extent by our government.
