Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Namaste Honorable Prime Minister sir, I, while walking, stopped and bought a bottle of water, after drinking it, I thought that if there are small canteens selling 1 or 2 products, every 1 to 2 kilometers on the roadside by central government funding, if only women are given on rotation through online tender allocation under employment, then 4 people will get employment in each canteen and if there is a group of 10 such small canteens in 1 place, then 40 women Will get employment, if 5 such places are opened in the districts, then 5 x 40 = 200 women's employment can be arranged, if this is done in 750 districts, then 750 x 200 = 150000 then 1.5 lakh women will get employment. If this scheme is extended to the block level, then 4 blocks of each district means 150000 x 4 = 6 lakh women will get immediate employment if the art center is given to 4 women and this scheme is implemented till the block level So 54000 more jobs will be available.

। जय हिंद

PM Sir, future work force should be honest ,for this my idea to control BLACK MONEY .you are the only person who can do this. 1.fix a maximum limit of one residential, one commmercial property in whole country wherever you want to buy for a person at individual level. 2.agriculture land purchase should not be allowed to professional, businessman, politicians, bureaucrats. 3.strictly attach all the properties with aadhar 4.NO LOCKER SYSTEM in bank 5.biggest currency should be 500 6.promote online transactions, no charge on online payment 7.keep bank deposits like fdr, saving account free from any tax on its interest 8.income tax slab should be revised 5-50 lac =10% 50 lac to 1 crore =15% 1 crore to 3 crore = 20% > 3 crore = 30 % 9.remove all the income tax rebate except 80c , 80 d, home loan, income tax should be on gross income 10.keep focus on maximum gst collection .gst should not be more than 15% .on gst scam there should be heavy punishment .

If at all our PM amend RP Act,1951 to stop ANONYMOUS DONATION, how will they get money to meet the gigantic expenses of election process? Here comes the solution from one blogger: MANAGING GIGANTIC ELECTION EXPENSES WITHOUT SPENDING CRORES OF RUPEES: https://bit.ly/3tZEs9A

Since Independence, no PM dare dump the Article 370, which only current PM did it dumping vote bank politics. Hence, ONLY he can rise again to stop ANONYMOUS DONATION to party fund which all PM, since Independence, used under the Burkha of RP Act,1951 which needs a simple amendment so that No MAL LYA can escape with 19 Bags thru Mumbai Immigration after LOOTING Mother India!

Sir ji .., International level hospitals can be created across vacant areas of our express highways. And foreign patients can get treatment as paid service. This can attract foreigners, and medical students from foreigners can also be accepted. In that way we can revive foreign currency from world wide areas. Our nationals will get indirectly benefits over it

Namaste to one and all Iam a retired teacher,i would like to share my ideas for preparing India 's workforce for future. Workforce is very important for a country like India. It is very important to guide them from childhood onwards to preserve our culture and traditions besides learning modern sciences and engineering. Indian government should open more and more schools or gurukuls to promote traditional skills as well as science and technology. Our great industrialists or rich community of the society should come forward to provide facilities for the students by sponsoring them or giving scholarships. Identify the talents or skills from school level and encourage them for becoming strong and dynamic workforce for the future work.
