GOI should think of giving national ration card ,which should be acknowledged pan India for PDS.Then only migrant labourer 's problem can be dealt with😣

People should learn about Hygine first and vow not to spit and not to urinate in the Public places . Central Govt. should impose penalty /disciplinary action agt. those who are not accepting /follow the rules .
