The IAS officers, the backbone human resource of the government, are trained in 'command-and-control' mentality, very necessary for maintaining law and order, collecting money and other coercive actions. But when they are promoted to higher ranks other than district magistrate, they are fit only for coercive ministries like home and defense. For ministeries like finance and trade, we need a different cadre, with different culture and nurturing attitude.

DEAR SIR,जिस तरह आपने अपने पहले कार्यकाल में गिव अप सब्सिडी अभियान शुरू किया था जिससे पात्र भारतियों को गैस सब्सिडी का फायदा मिला ,उसी तरह अब आप गिव अप रिजर्वेशन अभियान की शुरुवात करें ताकि वंचित तथा जरूरतमंद लोगों को आरक्षण का फायदा मिल सके

Sir, provision for construction of toilets shall be in codes of highways and other roads. it will help engineers like me to include toilets in DPR. regards.

Legal change , to give an example probate petitions are holding back and freezing properties into a disputed land parcel, if these are attended to they would release huge blocks and chunks of land into use commercial / residential , there by help in moderating basic cost of living riding on the back of housing . I have a petition files in 2003 but to no avail, it's 2020 and all I can do is wait for no fault of mine , so speeding up and unblocking of legal process is a must

Namaskar sir, first of all thank you for changing the questions paper pattern which make us to understand the concepts and apply. Now my question is, as every one know that one mark questions are the real mark losing questions, now tell us how we can score more or good marks in 1mark questions sir. Thank you sir.
