It is nice to see generous individuals, NGO's & others serving free or highly subsidized food to poor citizens. Their kitchens reveal cooking in aluminium vessels. It is known in science for a long time now that aluminium is highly toxic for nervous system. Sour and salty food cooking can liberate aluminium ions in food during the cooking process. Though, aluminium cookware is economical and distributes heat effectively for cooking food, it may be replaced with stainless steel, iron or 'mitti'.

The state services like state administrative service, police service and forest service have only 33% quota for induction/promotion to All India Services whereas it should be increased to 50% and All India Services should really be made All India, i.e. a member of All India Service should be transferrable to any state in the country rather than allottment of cadre, then only the cartel will break and name of All India Service will be justified
