Dear PM, Everyone is admiring your decisions. One problem is our country facing since few years, when any accidents happens then ony few citizens come to help victim, many time nobody comes, problem is that many make videos of victims and take photos and make it viral instead of calling rescue team or police. Is it possible to make certain law over taking photos of accident victims in absense of rescue team or police? Please think over it if possible.. Thank you Sir..

Read, lot of food grain at Northern India is lost in monsoon year on year. Consider to transport this to Southern states like Tamil Nadu by rail, where there are rain shadow area (Very low rain fall behind Western Ghats) and lot of plain land. If Govt can give some incentive and loan to build ware house, farmers can store wheat in these ware houses and sell only when the price is right. They can get a better income than from teh cut throat dealers. Vizhinjam port is nearby for export too.
