Respected Sir,
1. Increase connectivity by using amphibious aircraft in rivers, lakes, sea.
2. Minority status of a community should be based on number and status in each district. for example, hindus are minority in wayanad district of kerala, but muslims get reservation even for jobs in wayanad.
3. Promote sanskrit and tamil. give a challenge to academia and corporate to invent app to make it easy to learn indian languages.
4. Allow parallel entry into IFS, IAS from defence officers retiring.

respected sir,
1. Announce an international challenge with prize money of 100 million dollars to invent cheap cost-effective means of desalination to get fresh water from sea water. This will permanently solve India's water problem and make us water surplus by extracting potable water from sea water.
2. Establish a minister of state for Artificial Intelligence (AI). We can be a super power in AI. Make a strategic partnership with US, Israel, Japan, Taiwan in AI.
3. App for sanskrit and tamil.

Respected sir. We should talk about the increasing mob lynchings and hate crimes in India. We cannot develop if people are living under fear. We have to take everyone along. Everyone should be skilled, employed and be a productive human resource of this country. What religion a person practices and follows is one’s personal choice and people should avoid having public debates on religious matters. We should focus on the real issues of the economy, education, healthcare, employment and security.

Honourable Prime Minister Modi Ji,
Sir, everyone knows about our Judicial system, that is too slow, time taking & very expensive process and main cause of maximum evils. We can hope from you for the reform of the Judiciary as it is the one of the main reasons to affect the Happiness Index of our country. People spend their hard-earned money & valuable time in courts but don’t get justice in time.
"The Justice Delayed is Justice Denied".
Regards
Satya Prakash Mittal

Respected Modi ji,
This idea has come to me from personal experience 2 months back when my Uncle had a Heart attack and had to be treated in 3 hospital. We were asked to repeated the same test. Why not have a central server, which can be conncted to all the main hospital of a city and can act a central repository of disgonistics report of a Patient. With this on one hand, Report would be authentic as it can alway be checked and will also help someone not go to go though the same test again .
