sir, This is about EVM & VVPAT matching. VVPAT & EVM can be matched simultaneously while counting without losing time. This requires a small modification in the software. At present VVPAT prints and shows the symbol to the voter to whom he has voted. It should also print symbol wise serial number on the slip after light goes off so that voter can't see the serial number. Last printed serial number of each symbol will be total votes casted for respective symbol. Thank you sir .. Hatapaki

Dear Prime Minister, Min. of Jal Shakti has been a very good beginning. My suggestion is that all the Members of Parliament should be directed to utilise 50% of MPLADS funds towards rejuvenation / desilting / cleaning / deeping of all types of water sources in their constituency. Work should be carried out with volunteers from public and corporate support. For next two years all Indians should celebrate their festivals by volunteering for Jal Shakti work on the day of the festival. Jai Hind

Across india employees are exploited by making them work for stretched working hours. No overtime is paid, no compensatory off and no extra leaves. All this has resulted in high stress levels. A recent study has revealed that there is a multifold increase in stress levels across employees due to such malpractices. Request these may be regulated and a 8 hour work schedule be made compulsory as per law and not more. World is adopting 5 day working culture and India has 7*24hrs day working culture

I would llike t draw your attention towards the youth's major problem nowadays. Those who did any bachelor and master courses is unable to find a good job as private companys only hire the experienced one. What about us if nobody wants to hire us then how will we become the experience one and there is no departmental exams. Those who did graduation as well as masters judge on the same parameter i.e, ssc etc. There will be departmental exam for those who are specialised in their field

There are many professionals like chartered accountants with rich experience who are job less now a days because many businesses are not doing well, credit not available, lower margins, mis-management etc. Many of such people would like to contribute in nation building. I suggest government allows direct employment opportunities to such professionals. They are not scared of working for 18+ hours, but are deterred by the tedious and complicated employment process.
