People have to avoid blaming our economy…most of the developing as well as developed nation facing slow down globally … our aim has been set as 5 Trillion, so this slow down should not be an obstacle for achieving the target.. The companies engaged in manufacturing or trading Garments , automobile, & engineering goods have to be provided with some incentives, so they can compete with other nations especially in pricing & increasing the demand ! This will increase the job opportunities also!

There is a need for government sponsored mail services alternative to Google, yahoo etc. for all the citizens of India Indian post office can manage this and in future all the information can be sent directly to the citizens This mail ID is connected to Adhar, bank account, voter ID, digilocker, etc. By doing this integrity of data can be maintained and prevent the other countries from accessing mail of Indian citizen.

Are Benami properties remain on Benami name for ever? By chance , if the Benami transacts on the actual property owner name , does the registration department would not know ? The registration department as usual collects % for each transaction. Does the Govt know when such conversion transactions happened in record ? or the department does in offline ? Property registrations on Benami name are rampant , thanks to marvellous job by stamps and registration department across country. All crorepati

Land maphia or powerful persons occupying lands as the prices are drastically increasing.. As well selling prices are dropping. Say a plot which cost Rs. 5 lakhs 20 years ago, now may be, one crore or more. State governments are not revising land prices every year as per market values. Hence protect the innocent land owners or tax payers who have to pay large amounts(20%) on capital gains. If streamlined, government can earn revenue. Otherwise abolish the tax and withdrawn all the relating cases

For general people's understanding, should govt explain how judiciary works? How come magical dates , extensions and delays allowed in courts? How can these be curtailed and set right ? Govt shud do this in "public interest" and take janta's feedback and improve, control judiciary and courts. If it is implemented Country will be better and controlled

There is a 20% tax on capital gains through selling of properties. First thing is that, can government provide statistics of the revenue generated in last five years. If it is too low amount, government must abolish it or it should be scientifically structured with 5% and collect on every transaction. Late fees or penality must be minimum. All state governments must update land prices equal to market prices every year as in USA. As well cases relating these source of income must be withdrawn.
