प्रधानमंत्री जी नमस्ते , प्रधानमंत्री सर आपको शिवरात्रि की हार्दिक सुभकामनाए, सर पता है अपने देश की सबसे बड़ी प्रोब्लम क्या है यहां के ज्यादातर लोग को मिरिकल्स चाहिए मतलब हर चीज़ उन्हें बैठे बिठाये मिल जाए, सर उनको देश स्वच्छ चाहिए लेकिन पान खाकर सड़क पर थूकेंगे , उनको देश करप्शन मुक्त चाहिए लेकिन सर ये वही लोग है जो हर छोटे बड़े काम में हर आफिस में बैठे बाबु को रिश्वत देते है ताकि उनका काम जल्दी से हो जाये , और ऐसे लोगो ही बाद में करप्सन फ्री इंडिया का नारा लगाते है प्रधानमंत्री सर ऐसे कैसे चलेगा

The Modus operandi is very simple & user friendly
Every car going on this express Highway from Pune to Mumbai, first crosses toll plaza at Talegaon ( near Pune) and then it crosses toll plaza at Khalapur (near Mumbai).
The toll receipts or the Fastag system enters the car Registration No. at both the ends.
Any car which takes more than 94mins ( meaning average speed of 60 Km/H) for crossing these toll plazas the toll fee may berefunded the full Toll Fee as an incentive to drive at moder

An effort to reduce Road fatalities across the National Highways
Majority of Fatal accidents happen when vehicles are being driven at high speeds.
A study captures that fatalities in Frontal impact is one in ten at speeds below 70Km/H
The same figure increases nine times when the speed increases to 90Km/H.
The fatality rates can be reduced by incentivising drivers to avoid continuously drive at higher speeds ( say above 70 Km/H).
