While taking the tickets,they should have proper certificate of illness. Even if any emergency conditions also sick room maybe used. सर जनगणना या अन्य सर्वे आदि के काम में सरकारी कर्मचारियों को न लगाकर उचित पढ़े लिखे बेरोजगारों को अवसर दिया जाना चाहिए। या फिर अगर सरकार को पैसे बचाने हैं तो वे भी निजी फर्मों की तरह उन सरकारी कर्मचारियों से भी सिर्फ उनकी सैलरी में ही काम लेे क्योंकि वो लोग वैसे भी अपना टाइम एडजस्ट कर ही लेते हैं या फिर आप लोग उनसे करा सकते हैं ।
लेकिन ये ज्यादा उचित होगा कि आप आम बेरोजगारों को मौका दे तो शायद युवाओं को एक आत्मविश्वास मिले। और बेरोजगारी की दर भी कम हो। Thanks
