Respected Government of India & PM Country like Kuwait is trying to increase its incone by developing it coastline region & converting desert in to oasis and constructing water channels for sea water so that a desert can be converted to residential area & also will help to boost tourism in its country. They have constructed check doors to control tidal waves which work along with sea tides. Apart from Revenue from Oil and Natural Gas revenues Kuwati had planned this mega project. Hence India should have some projects similar to that of Kuwait so that we can boost our National revenue & Tourism. In continuation to my previous suggestions, one last thing I have to say. Don’t think I have not tried by myself on reaching the company. Only company which is having the monopoly of doing our Indian government software has been TCS. I have tried reaching all possible contacts of TCS. I don’t know whether they are sleeping or what? I got no response for a session for pitch presentation after signing an NDA. That’s why I have requested you. Being a responsible citizen and son of this land, it’s on you to implement this powerful architecture. If you can provide me with a chance with your digital India companies, I can coup up with them otherwise don’t forget there are your competing foreign countries companies who are very eager to get this kind of patents license. Mr.Suryakant who is a public servant & salary of Rs.2 Lakhs per month is having property in cores. How it is possible to have so much property being a public servant. There should be enquiry set about income of CJI. This is injustice to a common man who is paying income tax on hard earn income may be Shopkeeper; salaried employee; vendor, business man & Professional Indivual. The undisclosed income of CJI should be scrutinized and should be made it public by ED and ncome tax department. Respected Government of India & PM in China the Government is constructing Man made river for the states which are facing water shortage or dry cities which are not having any river thus by constructing Smart River projects which will bring water from other rivers to dry region so that common citizens, farmers get benefited from man Made smart rivers. The water will flow to various States using earth gravity and thus no extra Pumps are used to divert waters. Even this man made river can generate energy for city. Respected Government of India & PM in India lot of Private firms run Online lottery system & offline lottery system. Every players buy lottery at a specific price point & there has been no change or revision of Lottery policy from last 75 years. At present 40% of price money is distributed among lottery buyers while the lottery issuing Authority or firm keep big chunk of collection money that is 60% for covering operation cost but with recent changes & digitalisation of lottery system the operation cost of offline & online is reduced significantly. Hence ratio of distribution of price money should be 80% which should be distributed to lottery players and 20% should be kept by lottery issuing firm or authority for operational cost. Request you to amend the policy & rules of lottery business. Even CGST & SGST should be charged on lottery business so that Government earn Revenue. Hope you make changes in rules after 75 years of Independence.

In continuation to my previous suggestions, When will the average speed of all the trains will reach around 200 - 250 KMPH? Modi.ji, I am currently 32. You came to power when I was 21 years old. Do you want me to wait till my old age to make all these happen? With all these resources can’t you speed up the things?I know with the present system it is bit tough. Hence I have invented and a provisional patent holder of a new software architecture which can revolutionise your digital India initiative. Whatever work you are doing, you can do minimum 30 times faster. I am searching companies to give my patent as a license. If you are really a patriot of our country and want to do something great for this country, then please help me with this. It will be symbiosis. In continuation to my previous suggestion, Why is that we are still dependent on China for some of the simple important spare parts like wheel and all with China? Can’t we manufacture that here with the quantity with which we need? There are nearly 13000 rusted models running on our tracks till date with very less speed. Can you tell me when will you show the courtesy of replacing it? I had an idea, why can’t you recycle the existing ones only? Then for trains running in hilly areas, lakes scenarios, beaches and all, why can’t we have panoramic type of trains? And still how many years we have to wait for thousands of VB sleeper and their advanced version running on our tracks? Still how many years we have to wait for Hydrogen trains to make the debut? Are they really working or what? It’s been nearly 5 - 6 years after introducing VB trains we need faster reinforcement. When will Kavach be completely installed on all the train sets, tracks and communication networks?

Okay, let me continue, from past 6 months how many of railway, education, employment and other ministries discussion has happened in MyGov? They all have become omniscient, is it? Are they really working, developing innovative things or trying to just “go with the flow”? Because it’s been 6 years since the introduction of VB trains and it is running on only 164 trains? Why is it so? There are around 13000 trains running daily out of which only 1.26% of trains are covered by our VB. What about maintaining timeliness in Railways? What about VB sleeper trains? Don’t trick the citizens. We need to see substantial progress.
