Most Honorable and Respected Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modiji, I write this to express my growing concern at the seemingly deteriorating state of local governance system at the grassroot level. This seems to beat the very purpose for which the local governance sytem was created for. As a citizen of our great nation it is distressing to note that most noble schemes which are started for the benefit of the last in line common man, are highjacked, by either the so called public representatives or people who claim close allegiance to such persons or parties. And this ultimately ends in the true beneficiaries of such schemes and programmes being totally in the dark about even the existence of such schemes , and even smaller numbers of actual deserving citizens being able to be benifitted by these schemes. As i see it, the change has to start from citizen level, upwards. Thank you for providing us a platform to voice our opinions. Bharath mataa ki jai Jai hind Sir

Dear Sir, very much appreciative of your Swachh Bharat scheme for a clean India. Plastic garbage is strewn all around everywhere. Most of this waste is due to packaging materials. Every single thing we buy is wrapped in plastic or thermocol covers nowadays. Customers buy things, and many people throw away the cover out, leading to plastic menace. Not every citizen will donate to the local body, but will simply throw them on the streets. My request is, why cannot the government make a rule for manufacturers/sellers to take back the plastic packages. If the government incentivises businesses to take back plastic covers, many customers might be encouraged to collect the covers and give back to the seller. The businesses can offer something, in terms of money, or discount in exchange of the plastic waste. An ordinary person does not have the means to process, reuse or recycle plastic covers, but the businesses will have some resources to deal with that. This might reduce garbage.

Please talk about the youth also, who are not understanding the value of skill enhancement. They are running behind the government job only for security. Please talk about some awareness for them.

This is with reference to my Legal heir certificate applied on line in Tamilnadu on October 2021 and submitted all relevant documents. Where as i had received a message on 27 th October 2021 that my application was rejected without informing the reason. When I checked in the website it was rejected due to the date of death is not clear. The best part is no one had called for a clarification and it was very clear in the death certificate enclosed. The application was rejected by the Thasildhar based on the recommendation for citing the same reason from ZDT/ HQDT also by RI then by VAO based on his recommendation. The irony is if the VAO rejected based on the enclosure, where as he would have called and seek clarification and sort out this issue there itself rather than escalating to RI,ZDT and Thasildhar and no one bother to investigate and rejecting with the same reason. This really shows the lack of involvement in their work inspite of closing the issue at thre first step.
