It should also be ensured that each worker is provided with a special department ID card containing the details of the job responsibilities they perform in that company.EPFO should be given additional responsibilities as it provides insurance benefits.

Sir, I request you to speak on corruption in government services in all departments ,being faced by common man everyday. There are news paper reports of young officers indulging in mass corruption. I request you to make Vigilance machinery strong. The punishment for misuse of authority by officials, public representatives should be made stringent .The time frame for the process to impose punishment should be made minimal.

I express my humble gratitude to the Central Government for the "UPSC PRATIBHA SETHU" scheme. Through this, candidates appearing for many leading competitive exams including UPSC will get a job.Despite appearing in the final stage of the UPSC exam several times, many candidates could not get the success notification. It is welcome that the government has provided them with an opportunity.
UPSC PRATIBHA SETHU scheme has been announced openly. It has given encouragement to the candidates appearing for the UPSC exam. Many youths have made civil service exams their life's ambition without going to other jobs for many years. They have approached the final stage many times. The government has fulfilled its duty by realizing the need to give them an opportunity. I would like to express my gratitude to all the contributors who have helped this scheme to work better.

It is also encouraging that the National Recruitment Agency's General Eligibility Test process is gaining momentum.

Hello Honarable Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi Ji. There are 3 issues on which I would like to throw light on.
1) Capable educators in schools and colleges. By making a law in which there should be specified degree of education that the educators should have. They should have a good internship under B.Ed. The B.Ed. should include with proper mentorship of the students in practise teaching where they have to go to various schools for 1whole year and under the guidance of proper mentors/university lecturers they would spend the year gaining knowledge about the different ways of teaching according to the demands of the kids. They should know to deal with the special kids also to some extent.
2) There should be education in villages according to the requirement of work around that area. May it be related to agriculture, irrigation, solar energy, textile skills, pottery etc. learning which the students can earn later.
