Hon. Prime Minister, As a retired employee of Air India, I humbly submit my appeal to your esteemed desk regarding CGHS medical benefits. At present, retired Air India employees have been covered under CGHS with only medicine facilities and a few tests. It is earnestly requested that Air India retired employees, who have contributed Rs.10,000/- for medical facilities, need to be covered with pathological tests and hospitalization expenditures since BPL holders are getting Rs. 5.0 Lacs medical facilities in a year. Hon. Sir, is it not justified that Air India retired employees, who have rendered their valuable services to the National Carrier, Air India for making the airline glorified, are not entitled to get the benefits with medicines, pathological tests, and hospitalization expenditures? With kindest regards, Sankar Saha, Kolkata.
