31st attempt on Mann Ki Baat Dear Sir - Every citizen born in India comes under one of these 4 categories: A - Open B - BC/OBC C - SC D - ST Based on this classification, caste certificates are issued for a citizen several times during her lifetime for various purposes. Instead of issuing caste certificates, we can introduce Adhar Category of A, B, C or D that will go on Adhar Card based on the same classification. This will eliminate the use of caste certificates in the country forever. Reservations should remain the same. A child will inherit the Adhar Category of her parent(s) whichever is lower as A > B > C > D. The presence and use of caste certificates in the constitution endorses the caste system. It is child abuse and a crime to put a caste on a newborn child as she is forced to live under its burden forever without any fault of hers. It is time for us to move away from the age-old caste system and eliminate the caste epithet from our society. Please see PDF.

Why is goverment not doing anything about mining allowed in Aravali and trees cutting in gangotri? Already pollution is high and if aravali would be cut, north India would become living hell!! Why no one is raising voice against this!?

Youth in politics should be encouraged. And according to their field they should be given posts in ministry. There should be a scheme or something to enhance youth into politics. Most happiest and corruption free countries especially european countries have high participation of youth, unlike in India where everyone is senior and mostly corrupted.

The recent IndiGo disruption has highlighted a critical concern regarding the availability of trained pilots in the country. While India has developed strong infrastructure for producing skilled professionals such as engineers, doctors, and architects through affordable public institutions, pilot training remains largely dependent on expensive private institutes, making it inaccessible for many deserving candidates. Considering the strategic importance of civil aviation and the nation’s growing dependence on a skilled pilot workforce, it is strongly suggested that the government establish state-of-the-art pilot training institutes to ensure affordability, quality, and self-reliance in this vital sector.

Concern on Mental Stress of General Category Students Respected Prime Minister Ji, Namaskar. I wish to share a heartfelt concern about the growing mental stress among general category students. Due to limited open seats under the reservation system, many hardworking students feel anxious, discouraged, and unsure about their future. Even after studying sincerely, they fear that their effort may not be enough because opportunities for them are very limited. This constant pressure affects their confidence, motivation, and emotional well-being. Parents and teachers are deeply worried seeing talented children lose hope. Hon’ble Prime Minister Ji, you have always spoken about nurturing the dreams of India’s youth so being a teacher, mother and citizen I humbly request you to kindly consider steps that provide fair opportunities and reduce this emotional burden so every student can feel supported and motivated. With sincere regards, Suniti Jha

Good morning sir, We are knowing suddenly some persons are becoming very rich ill gotten unknown sources of income. This is very danger to the development of our Bharath as illegal money may be used to terrorist or any other anti.national activities. Further other citizens also may lure such activities. Hence a special law shall be enacted i.e.neighbourhood vigilblower act, with regard to this issue, as it enable every citizen can inform about the illegal sources of income of a person, to the suitable Government agency which will investigate into such type of persons and such act will create detterance among such anti.social elements. Thank you sir.
