Respected Sir Recently many tragic deaths are occurring due to pothole on roads related accidents. Some accidents are reported and noted and some get covered camoflaugedly. These avoidable accidents and resulting deaths , loss of limbs are unfortunate provided a timely action was taken to cover the potholes. A systematic way of A) Reporting the potholes, B) Repairing it C) Closing the complaint on pothole concerned D) Follow up action taken with regards to that pothole concerned in future Can be lines up by creating an emergency number with online website. Emergency call numbers required to report Corruption. 8. All Public Offices must be covered under CCTV and Audio surveillance. 9. Strictly not to disclose the name of informer. 10.
