Honourable PM Modi ji,
Namaste.
I had submitted 5 main proposals / ideas / programmes for the benefit of respected citizen of India, particularly farmers. No single idea / proposal submitted by me is taken in. Those 5 proposals are:
1. Pension to farmers- it requires to reserve 2%GST collected on farm produce till it reaches consumers...
2. Introduce value based voting system --person who is having all four places same will have 4 points (birth place, native place, work place, domicile place).
3. Introduce New Money "Ruller" i.e. one hundred rupees call it as one Ruller
4. Appoint Gram doctor - to visit 15+5 totally 1
20 houses in the village every day 25 days in a month
5. Ask to ICAR for implementation of Soil testing by using AI in every GP and provide advisory to farmers using static robots

Respected PM sir, Bureaucratic inefficiencies and excessive paperwork have long been a drag on India’s transport sector, particularly in logistics and road freight. Here's how this red tape is disabling the sector: - Truckers often need to obtain numerous permits—state-wise road tax, national permits, pollution certificates, fitness certificates, etc.which vary across states.- This leads to delays at check posts and increases compliance costs.- Inefficient Border Checkpoints.- Despite the GST rollout and e-way bills, many state borders still have manual checks, leading to long queues and idle time for freight vehicles. Transport is governed by multiple agencies: Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, state transport departments, municipal bodies, and traffic police.- Lack of coordination leads to overlapping regulations and inconsistent enforcement.- Manual Documentation- Paper-based systems dominate in many regions, especially for vehicle registration and driving licencing.

*Respected Prime Minister,*

It is disheartening to note that students studying in prestigious institutions like IITs, IIMs, NITs, and AIIMS are not working for the development of our country, but rather for foreign companies. Our government invests heavily in these institutions, but most students end up working abroad. This situation is detrimental to the country, and we need to formulate policies to retain these students in our country for at least 5 years to work for the nation's development.

Countries like China, Singapore, and Germany have already implemented such policies. Our government spends thousands of crores of public money on these students, but their knowledge is not being utilized for the development of our country and its people. Instead, developed countries are benefiting from their expertise by offering them high salaries. This needs to be stopped immediately, and these students should be assigned projects commensurate with their knowledge and provided with suitable
