As a student a future govt. employee(if luck+ my hard work pays off) I want to ask PM Modi that HE talks all big and mighty and how he along with his ministers have overcome every obstacle that they faced and rectified(or are trying to rectify) all the wrongdoings that the previous governments did previously. But what about the BIGGEST advantage that government employee had earlier i.e. PENSION. And let's just say that It was the need of that time then please I ask you this:- Why a person who has invested almost his/her half of their lifetime are not entitled to PENSION but the so called NETA/NETRI who gets elected for a term(even though they not complete that term and some are removed in the shortest time imaginable) are entitled to this scheme throughout their life. Yes it's true PM Modi has brought our nation's image and diplomatic power and development to whole another level but yes he is liable to bring the reforms. There are many people who would like to have 4 hour job instead of 8 hour job presently. They would be satisfied with half salary. This is because they would like to devote more time for household duties, children, recreation, health. A system should be devised to provide such jobs to the people who opt for it.
