Subject: - Slow and Ignoring Complaints Departments Our government has set up several grievance divisions but none of them are redressal and those officials ignore the grievances and reject the claims of other departments, one of which is PMOPG portal and The situation is the same in my government. In Mann Ki Baat, Modi Saheb has to decide what to talk about. The advice or complaints of the people are not heeded. Please pay attention to these matters.

Sir, it is a great shame to say that a thief is better than a policeman. If I complained to get the answer to the application, the Jamadar did not write about the application and did not even give a copy of the application so that the application would be disposed of. Lazy and pessimistic doing nothing.

Cyber crime is on the rise because our police do not catch criminals quickly, if caught, cyber crime will be much less and even those who are thinking of cyber thinking that if we do cyber, the police will catch and punish them from anywhere. The cyber cell and some of the police in the area are very slow or have joined hands with the criminals so the criminals are exempted, and so the cyber crime is on the rise. Which is a complex problem. I request you to think a little about this matter.

Not every police officer is called but the whole police department is discredited because of some police officer. Despite filing a complaint within an hour of the incident, the police and the cyber cell could not apprehend the accused and exchanged complaints with each other. (If they lodge a complaint with the cyber cell, they send it to the police station of that area and then they send it back to the police station LCB. They do this for months. Takes but does not take any action) The police can't catch the fraudsters even though their phones are on, and the fraudsters openly threaten to go and do what they want to complain about, they won't get the money and no one can catch us. So some of the police officers in the area may not be able to catch you if they meet with a fraudulent gang, or they may not be caught if the police are afraid of them or if they have no experience.
