Luxurious food and drinks, in no way protect you from harm. Wealth beyond what is natural, is no more use than an overflowing container. Real value is not generated by theaters, and baths, perfumes or ointments, but by philosophy.

Honourable PM sir, brief policy blueprint for “PLI 3.0 – EVs & AI Manufacturing”, structured to show how India could legislate and implement reforms to attract Foxconn and other global players into these emerging sectors: Policy Blueprint: PLI 3.0 – EVs & AI Manufacturing- 1. Scope & Coverage- EVs: Batteries, motors, charging infrastructure, EV assembly. AI Manufacturing: Robotics, chip design, AI-driven automation, smart sensors. Cross-Sector Integration: Encourage convergence of EVs with AI (e.g., autonomous vehicles).2. Incentive Structure: 5–8% incentive on incremental sales for EVs and AI products manufactured in India. Capital subsidy for setting up gigafactories, robotics labs, and AI R&D centers. Tax breaks for companies investing in local supply chains. 3. Local Sourcing Mandates- Minimum 40% domestic value addition in EVs and AI hardware by 2030. Gradual increase to 60% by 2035, ensuring ecosystem growth.Ensure technology transfer clauses in PLI agreements.

Honourable PM sir, India is reforming its Production Linked Incentive (PLI) framework to attract global giants like Foxconn into diversified sectors such as Electric Vehicles (EVs) and AI-led advanced manufacturing. These reforms aim to provide sector-specific incentives, reduce import dependence, and position India as a hub for next-generation technologies.Actionable Recommendations for India- Expand PLI 3.0: Introduce dedicated verticals for EVs and AI-led manufacturing. Mandate local sourcing: Encourage Foxconn and others to build supply chains within India. Invest in R&D hubs: Create AI and EV innovation clusters in states like Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and Andhra Pradesh. Global JV strategy: Negotiate joint ventures with Foxconn for EV batteries and AI robotics, ensuring technology transfer. By targeting Foxconn’s diversification, India can accelerate its transition from an assembly hub to a full-stack advanced manufacturing powerhouse.

Most Respected PMJI Vanakkam. My humble suggestions are as under : 1) The concession for travel in trains for senior citizens may kindly be restored. 2) The government, in liaison with MNCs and Corporates may undertake the restoration and rejuvenation of all the waterbodies across the country. Similarly, it is imperative to remove the invasive species such as water hyacinth and Prosopis Juliflora from lakes and ponds pn a war footing. 3) Kindly set into motion the process of interlinking of major rivers in the country. The proposal of linking the Ganges and the Cauvery, if materialises, will have a plethora of benefits for all the segments of society. There will not be any shortage of drinking water and the areas under cultivation will go up considerably. 4) The monthly financial assistance for the people suffering from T. B can be enhanced. The deadly disease of leprosy may also be eliminated from the country. 5) The menace of drugs needs to be curbed immediately.

Man ki bat2_24.4.26 So far, either CPHEEO 1999 or MoHUA 2023 Manuals on water supply didn’t stipulate the minimum & maximum permissible discharge limits for a domestic tap connection. This created a mess in arriving realistic estimation of demand while designing the networks. The designed pressure doesn’t exist on ground, due to lack of Hydraulic synchronisation between estimated demand and unregulated out flows through taps. My studies also revealed optimum (permissible) discharge for a house tap as 5 lpm for Water Supply schemes of low per capita ranges 55-100LPCD, and 10LPM for 135-150LPCD designs with 2 to. 3 hours distribution period per day. My paper was published on desired modifications and Hydraulic Quality Monitoring system for ensuring sustainable Drinking water supply services to the Rural and Municipal areas in the journal of INDIAN WATER WORKS ASSOCIATION, Oct-Dec2024 issue aimed to extend satisfactory sustainable service to the public through HAR GHAR JAL.
