Respected Sir, The topic that I would request you to review/discuss on is- Job after retirement. Life does not end after retirement then why are Senior Citizens forced to compromise with their Salary, Job and Lively hood after they retire ? Many of the senior citizens yet have to run a family on those grounds if they are given less pay how will they also run their family? Just because they get paid less they are not asked to work less . they have to do equal or may be more amount of work like others but, get paid less cause they have retired.
