माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, सादर प्रणाम । यह देखा गया है कि ज्यादातर सरकारी विभागों के अधिकारी व कर्मचारी अपने पद से संबंधित व निर्धारित कार्य, व्यवहार व कामकाज पुरी ईमानदारी, निष्ठा व पारदर्शिता से नहीं करते रहे है। अधिकारीगण की मनमानी, लापरवाही व अनियमितता के कारण विभागीय कर्मचारी भी अपनी ज़िम्मेदारी को ठीक से निभाने में नाकाम साबित हो जाते हैं । इसी वजह से ज़्यादा तर विभागों में आम जनता को परेशानी, भ्रष्टाचार व अन्य समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ता है। सरकारी कर्मचारियों द्वारा लापरवाही चरम सीमा तक पहुँच चुकी है । इसी वजह से हादसे, दुर्घटनाओं व परेशानियों की संख्या व संभावनाएं दिन प्रतिदिन बढ़ती जा रहीं हैं । सरकारी कर्मचारियों के द्वारा भ्रष्टाचार, अक्षमता व अकुशलता की वजह से वारदातों व अपराधों व अनियमितताओं का बढ़ना स्वाभाविक हो गया है। सभी सरकारी विभागों के अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों को ज़्यादा जवाबदेही व उत्तरदायित्व बनाने की आवश्यकता है । ताकि आम जनता को परेशानी, लापरवाही व उदासीनता का सामना ना करना पड़े। सरकार को कुछ ठोस, कठोर व सख़्त कार्रवाई करने की आवश्यकता है ।

RESPECTED PM, IN OUR COUNTRY GOVT ORGANISATIONS R GIVING A MINIMUM THREE PROMOTION TO AN EMPLOYEE IN HIS SERVICE PERIOD, IF PROMOTION IS NOT POSSIBLE THEN THREE MINIMUM ASSURED CAREER PROGRESSION IS GIVEN TO AN EMPLOYEE. BUT IN CASE OF RAIL WAY GUARDS OR TRAIN MANAGERS, THIS IS DENIED. WHY IS THIS HYPOCRISY SO? RAILWAY RECRUITS GUARDS DIRECTLY FROM OPEN ONES THROUGH COMPETATIVE EXAMS CONDUCTED BY "RRB", 2ND THROUGH DEPARTMENTAL GDC, 3RD THROUGH DEPARTMENTAL LDC EXAMS. RRB TRAIN MANAGERS R AT PER STATION MASTERS CADRE BEFORE 2018 BUT LATER THERE R CHANGING IN GRADE PAY FM 2800/- TO 4200/- FOR STN MASTER AS THEY LOBBIED HARD IN LAST PAY COMMISSION THROUGH THEIR UNION OF STN MASTERS ASSOCIATION. AND SM ALSO ENJOYING PROMOTION UPTO 5400/-G.P. BUT AT THE SAME TIME COMPLETE GUARD CATEGORY OR TRAIN MANAGERS CATEGORY R DENIED & NEGLECTED AFTER 4200/- G.P.,SIR WHY IS THIS DISCRIMINATION IS GOING ON? IF THAT CADRES R HAVING NO IMPORTANCE ANY MORE PLS GIVE THEM VOLUNTARY RETIREMENT AS DONE-POSTAL

RESPECTED PM, I AM FEELING LET DOWN & SORRY FOR OUR COUNTRY'S SOLDIERS BCZ OUR POLITICIANS & EXECUTIVES DO NOT RECOGNIZE OUR SERVICE TO NATION EXCEPT PENSION GIVEN TO US WHEN WE BECOME VETERANS. A FEW EXAMPLES MENTIONED FOR U TO MAKE KNOWN ABOUT VETERANS TAKEN UP EMPLOYMENTS IN GOVT ORGANISATIONS & INSTITUTIONS. AN EX-SERVICEMEN JOIN INDIAN RAILWAY AFTER SERVING TWENTY PLUS YEARS IN A GP D & C POST & DO NOT GET ANY WORKING SENIORITY TO WORK AT PAR WITH THEIR AGE GROUP PEOPLE BUT THEY HAVE TO WORK WITH MUCH MORE YOUNGER PEOPLE WHO R PHYSICALLY & MENTALLY INCOMPATIBLE WITH THEM. SAME TIME ALL SUPERVISORS WITH MUCH YOUNGER TO THEM BUT BCZ OF THEIRS INITIAL EMPLOYMENT BEHAVE VERY BADLY WITH VETERAN SOLDIERS WITHOUT CONSIDERING AGE & EXPERIENCE OF EX-SERVICEMEN. WE LOSE WORKING SENIORITY & RESPECT TO THE INITIAL CADRE WHO R HIGHLY UNIONISED. SIR, THEN A QUESTION IS ARISING WHY A YOUNG MAN GO FOR SERVING AS A SOLDIER, WHY NOT OPT FOR GROUP D RAIL EMPLOYEE WHO BECOME STN MASTER WITHIN 02YRS.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, मन की बात के माध्यम से मैं एक गंभीर विषय उठाना चाहता हूँ। देश में विकलांग जनों के अधिकारों और उनके नाम पर मिलने वाली सुविधाओं के गलत इस्तेमाल और फर्जीवाड़े के मामले बढ़ रहे हैं। इससे वास्तविक जरूरतमंद विकलांग नागरिक सबसे अधिक प्रभावित होते हैं। मैं आपसे आग्रह करता हूँ कि ऐसे मामलों में सीबीआई स्तर की जांच हो और दोषियों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाए, ताकि न्याय हो और व्यवस्था पर विश्वास बना रहे।

These organizations providing Finance / Financial Services should be brought under control, with more legal obligations with strict restrictions. There are many needy people including poorest people, irrespective of their earnings, are trapped with their properties under the control of those organizations, conditionally on the loans / financial obligations. A research, study and innovative ideas than the existing customary regulations on this subject is required to improve the strategy and bring the situation under control, upto the level of satisfaction to both provider as well as the utilizer.
