Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to bring to your kind attention the misused and usurpation of the wakf property bearing Room No.1 in Chawl No.4 situated at Bada Kabrastan, Maharashtra. I have recently discovered that illegal construction is being carried out in the Bada Kabrastan without the permission of the competent authorities and in clear violation of various sections of the Wakf Act 1995. As per my knowledge, the wakf property under the management of mutawallis of Juma Masjid of Bombay Trust is being misused and usurped for personal gains by certain individuals. This act not only goes against the principles of wakf but also disrespects the sentiments of the people who have donated their properties for the betterment of the society. Upon further investigation, I found that the construction being carried out is in contravention of section 33 (3), 51, 52A, 54, 61 (1) (h), 64 (1) (h), 64 (1) (i), 64 (1) (g), 64 (1) (k) and 67 of the Wakf Act 1995.
