विषय: सोशल मीडिया पर APK फाइलों के अनियंत्रित प्रसार को रोकने हेतु सुझाव मान्यवर, मैं आपका ध्यान इस ओर आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँ कि वर्तमान समय में सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म (जैसे Whts.Tele, Facek आदि) के माध्यम से बड़ी संख्या में APK फाइलें साझा की जा रही हैं। ये फाइलें अक्सर किसी आधिकारिक या सत्यापित स्रोत से नहीं होतीं, जिसके कारण आम नागरिक अनजाने में फर्जी या दुर्भावनापूर्ण (Malicious) ऐप डाउनलोड कर लेते हैं। इससे निम्नलिखित समस्याएँ उत्पन्न हो रही हैं,साइबर फ्रॉड और वित्तीय धोखाधड़ी में वृद्धि ,बैंकिंग एवं व्यक्तिगत डाटा की चोरी,फर्जी लोन ऐप एवं ठगी से जुड़े मामलों में बढ़ोतरी नागरिकों की डिजिटल सुरक्षा पर खतरा अतः मेरा सुझाव है कि सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म पर APK फाइलों के सीधे डाउनलोड/शेयरिंग पर कड़े नियम बनाए जाएँ। केवल सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त या वेरिफाइड प्लेटफॉर्म (जैसे Google Play Store या अन्य प्रमाणित ऐप स्टोर) से ही ऐप डाउनलोड करने को प्रोत्साहित एवं अनिवार्य किया जाए। किसी भी APK फाइल को शेयर करने से पहले डिजिटल वेरिफिकेशन/सिक्योरिटी स्कैनिंग की अनिवार्य व्यवस्था लागू
