As toilets were provided to villagers, the plastic tanks may be provided to those farmers having animals. It will facilitate farmers to make compost fertilizer from animal dung. Urgent

#KHAT Programme : Subsequently Bhatt Sir has initiated TBTG Programme ( Think Big - Think Global ) to further get access to high quality ideas which has saw unassailable transformation for SBI Group. Here GOI can formalize KHAT programme ambitiously to shift more & more farmers towards highly remunerative farming practices to raise their income levels and also contributing to the country's economy .

#KHAT Programme Content Creation : Aforesaid institutions alongwith NABARD can create practical knowledge content in all regional languages in the form of videos , written material and create online /offline seminars workshops for Centre, State , UT Governments Agriculture & Allied Agricuoture Ground Level Machinery . In a village / Mandal / Talukha / Tehsil of population near 10,000 often only 1 or 2 farmers being awarded as Inspirational Farmer or Best Farmer for his or her best farming methods & higher yields. KHAT programme would be designed in such a that this situation can be changed drastically to include more & more farmers under the category of inspirational farmers. A similar situation noted by Sri OP Bhatt Ex CMD of SBI in his organization which was loosing its market share to private sector banks rapidly . Mr. Bhatt has formalised a SBI Parivartan Workshop / Training for its all employees for 2 days and gained immense productive contribution from the employees .

It is high time we put maximum stress on Carbon di oxide capture usage and storage, thus reducing Carbon di oxide emission from the manufacturing industries which emit Carbon di oxide heavily and to send the captured Carbon di Oside to fertilizer companies. This will help us to manage global warming.

Respected Prime Minister Shri Modi Ji,
Namasthe 🙏. I would like to suggest this. An App containing information about all the Fertilizers and Urea usef across India by farmers. It should have state wise data and information about the Fertilizers and for which crop it should be used with exact measurement. Also an option to order the Fertilizers directly through the Government at a discounted price. This will abolish black market and middle man system and it will benefit farmers a lot. Moreover if that App is linked with Aadhaar number and OTP Government can track easily if anyone orders in bulk quantity. A calculator to calculate how much quantity of Fertilizers a farmer needs and an option to reach the experts and get guidance to get good yields. An option to attach photos and videos of the product and get experts opinion. Registered users should get an option to sell their products directly wthd Government Agencies to get good price instead of selling it cheaper to middle man. Thanks

Dear Sir / Madam
I m not a farmer..but being a responsible citizen of the Country...I would like to say that the modernity in the Agricultural sector has brought some advantages and some disadvantages.
As far as fertilizer are concerned... we must go back 5 decades... as now in Punjab and Haryana..the FERTILIZER AND PESTICIDES And the INSECTICIDE. have become poison in itself.
We should go for the Earthworm technology...and using Cowdung as mannure ..
The decayed plants and leaves can be a BANG ON MANURE for the farmers .. Only an initiative is required...
Someone should have guts to start this and prove that the originals are the BEST
THANKU AND REGARDS
