Nano Urea has been provisionally included in Fertilizer Control Order (FCO) 1985. In the preliminary trials, Nano-urea spray on different crops gave comparable yields to those obtained under fully recommended doses of fertilizers, with savings on top-dressed nitrogen.

Nano Fertilizers hold great promise for application in plant nutrition because of their size-dependent qualities, high surface-to-volume ratio, and unique optical properties. Nano Fertilizer releases plant nutrients in a controlled manner, contributing to higher nutrient use efficiency.

In this context, participate & send your ideas regarding innovations in the Fertilizer Sector, which can help increase farmers’ income.

Last date of submission is 14th February 2023.

we should only use organic waste (like: fruit peel, vegetable peel , rotten food etc.) and decompose them and use it like as a organic fertilizer.

Phosphatic Fertilizers are used extensively in agriculture. However due to lack of proper uptake by the plant, about 30% or more quantity cannot be consumed by the plant. So farmers use more and more quantity than actual requirement. Studies have proven the efficacy of Potassium Humates in better absorption of Phosphatic Fertilizers. Potassium Humates also help in maintaining soil fertility and are 100% Organic. They also make the soil porous, help in water retention. Potassium Humates are widely found in coal mines and thus it will add value to coal mining companies. At present this important ingredient is imported from China. If Fertilizer manufacturers are asked to premix DAP, NPK or other Phosphatic Fertilizers with this ingredient from indigenous sources like Coal India or NLC then a lot of foreign exchange can be saved. This will also help in reducing indiscriminate Phosphatic Fertilizers use as 35kgs of DAP+Potassium Humate is better than 50kg DAP.

What if I say the government has launched a lot more facilities and options for less investment and more income for our farmers but they just need to know how to get profit from schemes in right manner and of course I'm not asking about rich farmers those farmers who really need money but just because lack of knowledge they don't know how to complete the process for that we need to organise on site campaign through which they get information and feel free to contact with government officials for schemes. The government has launched a scheme related to solar energy, soil testing, and a loan facility from the bank through all this farmer can start production for fertilizer we need to organise camps in which we can detail focus on how to make fertilizer at home on large production like for potassium farmers can make water and banana peel and use as fertilizer, vermi composting , cow waste man of type they already know but they just need to know how it works more effectively that's it.

Technology has reduced gap between retail market and farms. Farmers are now aware of the final rate of the crop they grow and plan their harvest. Also, Precision Agriculture is growing at a faster rate in mature markets where you take help of satellites and data from farm equipment to know crop growth, soil conditions, calculate fertilizer and water needs. New implements with these tech provide optimum nutrition to plant growth and give a good harvest.

Nitrogen and phosphorous fertilizers facilitate the growth of crops, including corn, at yields that provide sustained global food production. However, fertilizers applied without consideration ot the appropriate rate, timing, source, and method, can have harmful effects on the environment and human health. Enhanced Efficiency Fertilizer(EEF) is a term for new formulations that control fertilizer realease or alter reaction that reduce nutrient losses to the environment EEFs and other next generation product technology innovations may be an important addition to a system of conservation practices that help reduce the impacts from row crop agriculture on the environment, while maintaining or increasing agricultural productivity and profitability.

Fertilizers provide crops with nutrients like potassium, phosphorus, and nitrogen, which allow crops to grow bigger, faster, and to produce more food. Nitrogen in particular is an essential nutrient for the growth of every organism on Earth. Nitrogen is all around us and makes up about 78% of the air you breathe.

fertilizer should be organic based which increases soil fertility and soil texture ..also Indian indegenious agriculture practice which have diverse scientific evidence should increase ..soil fertility also nano technology beneficial to upgrade in micronutrients spray based on specific crop to enhance productivity and quality ..
