We Must give priority to Prevent the Diseases . Prevention is better than cure.
The main reason for diseases is adulteration of food products, fast food culture and packaged food with preservatives. Indigestion is one cause for ill health.
The farmers using pestisides and chemicals to get more and rapid yield. We say milk is complete and alternative food but milk also adulterated.
To ripe the fruits chemicals are being used. Today we are not in the position to eat fruits.
All food grains, fruits, oils everything adulterated. Adulterated food a reason for obesity and diseases.
So we must check the adulteration of food & food products to create healthy society.
The people who commit for adulteration must be punished. The Natural Bio manure to be used for crops. The farmers who do organic farming is to be encouraged.
Excessive pesticides reserves in food and water which ultimately transfers to humankind.
So adulteration and Exceeive use of pesticides and fertilizers must be stopped.

Further to my commentd.
There are some disadvantage of usage of conventional Urea,
1 urea to kept at room temperature for 4 - 5 days before usage.
2.Excessive Urea usage will damage crop
3. Urea will take long time to show its effect.
4. It causes inflamation.
These defects can be over come by use of Nano urea. Therefore it is the duty of Government to publicize and to see the usage of Nano Urea to increase.
There are some limitations,
1. the availability of Nano urea is not much.
2. its price is high.
Only IFFCO is producing and it is not meeting demand. So Government to set up plants and to issue licenses to others to increase production in order to increase the availability of Nano Urea at cheaper rates

Further to my comments
In agriculture , new revolution has come in the form of usage of Nano urea. Conventional Urea has an efficiency of 25% , where as efficiency of liquid nano urea can be as high as 85 -90%. . Further there will be no waste of nutrients and the nutrients are directly passing to roots of plants thru leaves , where they will spray liquid area on leaves..
