Rashtriya Ekta Diwas is celebrated every year on 31st October to commemorate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, which serves as a significant occasion to reaffirm the spirit of national unity, integrity, and collective strength. The Ekta Parade organized at Ekta Nagar, Gujarat, is a central feature of these celebrations, showcasing the cultural diversity, achievements, and unity of the nation through disciplined contingents and thematic tableaux.

With the objective of enhancing the quality, inclusiveness, and thematic richness of the tableaux to be presented during the Ekta Parade 2026, the Ministry of Home Affairs, in collaboration with MyGov, is inviting ideas from citizens to democratize participation and provide an opportunity for citizens across the country to contribute creatively to this prestigious national event.

The primary objective of this activity is to harness the collective imagination, creativity, and innovative perspectives of the people of India. Citizens from diverse backgrounds, such as students, artists, professionals, and enthusiasts, can offer unique insights that reflect contemporary themes of national integration, cultural heritage, technological progress, and social harmony. This participatory approach will not only augment the conceptual foundation of the tableaux but also ensure that the final presentations resonate more deeply with the aspirations and sentiments of the public. Citizen participation in the conceptualization phase will help in identifying fresh, relevant, and impactful themes that might not emerge through conventional channels alone. It encourages a sense of ownership and pride among citizens, as their ideas may contribute to shaping a national-level showcase. Additionally, it promotes transparency and inclusiveness in the planning process, aligning with the broader vision of citizen engagement in governance.

The collected ideas will be carefully compiled and analyzed to identify common themes, innovative concepts, and regionally diverse representations. Based on this input, meaningful themes for the tableaux will be finalized. Subsequently, proposals will be invited to develop detailed designs and concepts aligned with the selected themes, ensuring professional execution while retaining the essence of public contributions.

This initiative will surely enhance the visual appeal, narrative strength, and emotional connect of the tableaux. By integrating public ideas into the design process, the tableaux will better reflect the collective identity of the nation and effectively convey messages of unity, diversity, and national pride. Conclusively, this activity will make Rashtriya Ekta Diwas 2026 more engaging and inclusive and also represent the true idea of good governance.

The Tree of Unity (Ekta Ka Vriksh) A more metaphorical and artistic approach. Centerpiece: A massive Banyan tree with roots that spell out "Unity" in different Indian languages (Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, etc.). Visual Elements: The leaves of the tree can be shaped like the palms of hands. On the branches, place models of different religious monuments (a Temple, Mosque, Gurudwara, and Church) nestled together. Performers: Children dressed as the "Flora and Fauna" of different regions (e.g., the Bengal Tiger, the Asiatic Lion, the One-horned Rhino) to show unity in our natural heritage. Audio - Use a mix of Sardar Patel's famous quotes and a high-energy "Unity Anthem" or Vande Mataram. Motion - Incorporate moving parts, like a rotating globe or a moving train model, to catch the judges' eyes. Slogans-Display clear banners with "Unity in Diversity" or "Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat" in bold typography. Live Elements-Having performers interact with the crowd (Like synchronized salute).

Bahrain freezes the bank account freezes their property and kicked out the iranians, Afghanistan kicked out the pakistanis, Saudi freezed the money of iranians and kicked them out. Then why can’t the Indian government after knowing that 10 crore bangladeshis and pakistanis entered illegally by creating their fake documents are living in India with a purpose of changing the demography and voting the islamic leaders though after SIR government now knows who all are they so why not Indian government just kick them out of the country, I don’t understand what is stopping you from doing it, you do whatever for them they will never vote bjp, please understand this and just chuck them out of India as soon as possible. Every Indian is waiting for your action.

Honorable Prime Minister, Being a citizen of India, I would like to share a few feedback about your work and dedication towards Vikasith Bharath. I'm a big FAN of yours. No doubt, India is RISING very fast in your leadership than any other leaders so far. In the last 10-12 years, you have made many things possible which many people had thought its very difficult in India. I'm very happy to see India in the top 5 positions. Hope this will continue till 2047 and it will become AKHAND BHARTH by that time. Now there are few things which have been left/untouched and not been taken seriously by any leaders or parties so far. Hope, now onwards you will take these inputs seriously and bring changes in future. Please refer the attachment for those ideas. Thanks
