Constant outflow of dollars from stock market has become a cause of concern. It has resulted considerable depreciation of our Indian rupee. In this situation earning US dollars is an extreme necessity. I thing govt. Should reduce tax burden on foreign investors to ensure inflow of US dollars.

Standard Deduction: Many experts argue that the standard deduction should be indexed to inflation. Since the cost of living has risen significantly, increasing this limit would provide direct relief to salaried employees.
Tax Slabs: There is a frequent demand to widen the tax slabs, especially in the middle-income bracket, to increase disposable income and boost consumer spending.
Section 80C: The limit of ₹1.5 lakh has remained unchanged for many years. Increasing this limit could encourage more long-term savings in instruments like ELSS, PPF, and LIC, which helps in nation-building through capital formation.

I would like to submit a suggestion to ease tax compliance for salaried taxpayers regarding the timing of Form 16 issuance.
Most employers issue Form 16 only in May, and employees generally begin tax return filing and final calculations only after receiving it. However, where there is additional income such as rent, interest, or dividends, taxpayers may unintentionally face advance tax shortfalls and penalties.
Since salary tax deductions and most eligible deductions are completed by March, there is little justification for delaying Form 16 until May. Issuing Form 16 in the first week of April would allow salaried taxpayers to compute their full tax liability earlier, pay any balance tax promptly, and file returns on time.
This procedural change would significantly reduce avoidable penalties caused by system delays and improve voluntary compliance.
I respectfully request consideration of this taxpayer-friendly reform.

Representation Seeking Enhancement of Tax-Related Allowances and rebates for Airline Pilots and Transport Sector Employees.
1. Revision of Allowance granted SL No. 4 of Rule 2BB, clause 14 of under Section 10, Income-tax Act, 1961. ALPA-India submits that a revision allowance cap in Sl No. 4 of Rule 2BB, clause 14 of under Section 10, Income-tax Act, 1961to ₹30,000 per month is a reasonable and proportionate adjustment aligned with current cost realities.
2. Enhancement of Customs Duty-Free Allowance for Returning Aircrew. ALPA-India respectfully requests that the Ministry consider enhancing the duty-free allowance for returning crews to ₹15,000 per trip, which would broadly restore its real value in inflation-adjusted terms. This measure would entail minimal revenue impact while providing tangible welfare and morale benefits to operational crew.
Additional Submission
feasibility of introducing a targeted income-tax deduction or rebate for Airline Pilots and prevent migration.

For sustainable national development, the Government of India must prioritise investment in education and research. Allocating 6% of GDP to education is essential to strengthen school systems, improve teaching quality, enhance infrastructure, and ensure equitable access to learning opportunities. Education forms the foundation of economic growth and social progress. Additionally, dedicating 1% of GDP to research and development will foster innovation, technological advancement, and global competitiveness. Enhanced funding for premier institutions such as ISRO, DRDO, and IISc will reinforce India’s leadership in science, defence, and space technology. The government should also establish more IITs to expand access to high-quality technical education and develop a skilled workforce for the future.

Respected Madam, I would like to suggest a taxpayer-friendly reform to simplify compliance for salaried individuals who also earn limited additional income such as interest, dividends, and capital gains, and claim deductions like NPS and donations.
While most tax is already deducted at source on salary, estimating advance tax for other income often leads to confusion, errors, and penalties. Since the Government already tracks transactions through PAN, TDS, AIS, and Form 26AS, it could pre-compute quarterly tax positions, including automatic consideration of eligible Section 80G donations.
Simple SMS or email alerts indicating tax due or nil liability would enable timely payments, reduce compliance burden, and encourage voluntary compliance.
