PM Sir, Suggestion 1) Schools under Municipal Corporations not only needs HUGE IMPROVEMENTS but also needs incentivisation to attract more and more poor parents so that they too get something in return as the matter of some incomes and in return the real beneficiaries are the illiterate kids. Suggestion 2) ENGLISH SCHOOL: We in ULHASNAGAR Tahsil of THANE District do not have a even a one full fledged Government ENGLISH School. Suggestion 3) School Police (A different and new concept which govt can spend thinks tanks on it) Suggestion 1 can be double edge sword: - Firstly and gradually removes illiteracy. -Kids who get prey to drugs and bad things gets the better life ahead which in-turn benefits the society. -Poorest Parents too inpite of RTE who really do not bother of law now shall care for the incentives. Thanks Adv. Bharat Shivnani Ulhasnagar-421001

Sir, Since, For all the companies, provision of PF is mandatory. Companies have to contribute certain amount in the pf for the employee every year. If We can make Atal Pension scheme mandatory also. Then, It will be also good. For the govt. institution, it can be make mandatory. Today, People are debating about old pension schemes. Reintroducing old pension schemes, would be a disaster for the economy of our country in the long run. Since, Various states are in debt. Whatever they say, they are not in position to make it run. But, people need some pension schemes. If they are able to deposit some amount of their salary in this schemes each year. And, that amount should be tax-free. Then, it would be good for most people and economy of our country. Govt. will have these deposits which can be used the development work. And, People after their retirement will get the pension from this schemes.

The taxation slab for people under older regime can be looked into again by the MOF. The individuals under 20 lakhs are paying 30% tax for majority of their pay alongside the GST. If it is even reduced to 20-25%, it would be huge relief for the middle class and upper middle class families

Govt shld remove Income Tax. However I am aware that it will lead to inflation. Solution is Govt shld ask the citizen to block the amount equivalent to total yearly Income Tax payable in govt bond for 10 years. After 10 years only 10% can be withdrawal and remaining amount will be paid to citizen as pension post 60 years. These bond shld be govt bond, with minimal to no interest rates. This way money will there with govt to utilized and citizen we not have all money in hand to spend.

Respected PM Citizens social responsibility credit system should be introduced like corporate social responsibility for social work like planting, trees, garbage disposal, cleaning rivers, electricity production. Project based employment job could be introduced for these types of social work. A new startup could be introduced to collect methane gas from sewers, main holes, . Sewerage system could be directly connect to bio gas plant. Hydrogen gas and oxygen gas could be generated on the basis of chemical effect of electric current. These gases can be used as fuel. There is need of research based startups, projects. Indian economy could be grow by tourism sector. Need to develop tourism sites with the help of citizens social responsibility.

2) Anonymously providing the electoral bonds to safeguard individual privacy is prima facie. Most political parties are misusing this. EC needs to monitor the funds deposited and withdrawn via the bonds.
