Kindly make steps to start new E. S. I ayurveda hospitals in kerala joining hands with the state government. This will be helpful to many e. s. i beneficiaries as Kerala has only one e. s. i ayurveda hospital coming under state goverment funded by ESIC.

We keep on hearing there is lot of money kept abroad in foreign banks belonging to Indian residents which would have been taxed in India had it been brought to India. Such amounts would be of great help in developing the Indian economy and also help in reducing foreign debts. India's external debt was placed at US$ 620.7 billion, recording an increase of US$ 47.1 billion over its level at end-March 2021. A Voluntary Disclosure scheme could be announced to capture the inherent wealth of India lying in Foreign countries. No questions asked for source of money. India Development Fund could issue Non-Transferable, Non repatriable Foreign currency Bonds with a maturity period of say 11 years. Any resident Indian could apply for these from the money held abroad in any country. These would earn no interest. On maturity the entire amount to be credited to his Indian bank account free of Tax, interest or penalty. Earlier voluntary disclosure schemes have been such where the resident

Respected PM With many citizens in India who are working in BPOs servicing for OVERSEAS companies who say the labour is cheap in India, should have a strict labour laws for the benefit of Indian Employees. The overseas companies may be hiring cheap labour but the employees are not CHEAP, they are as precious as any other counterpart in other fields in India Why should their health and mental conditions be held to ransom when Overseas companies enjoy a grand 5 day work week and regulated working hours I find that this culture is not just in BPO but which ever the Service Industry their Foreign Office enjoy the benefits of 5 day week and regulated working hours whereas it is not applicable to their India office Take the case of Service Industry like Advertising. Just because they work in a different time zone, does that mean the Indian office should bend backwards and work? Whether it is Overseas or Indian the office should have a regulation Thanks

The people who doesn't know how to cheat/ or don't want to cheat, are paying huge income tax. How are you going to fix this issue? Reduce the tax slab. Please implements this Upto 1000000 there should not be any income tax 1000000 - 2000000 - 5% 2000000 - 3000000 - 10% 3000000 - 4000000 - 15% 4000000 - 5000000 - 20% Above 5000000 - 25%

Worker contribution should be increased in EPFO.Workers should make individual payments into EPFO to increase their contribution. That is, it is better if they choose a way to pay up to half of their annual contribution individually. For example, suppose a worker's contribution is 10,000 per year withheld by the company. If the worker chooses to contribute his savings upto 5000 individually then his annual contribution will increase to 15000.Saving habits will increase. Provident fund and pension will increase. As up to half of the annual contribution can be allowed there is no chance of irregularities. Employees should be given opportunities to pay additional contributions in a personal way. If this opportunity is created in EPFO, the future will be bright for the workers.Due to increasing layoffs in private companies, additional funds should be allocated to ESIC.In this budget more attention should be given to welfare of workers, continuing education and skill development of worker
