1. Every taxpayer in India must be given a chance to convert their energy consumption into Green Energy Consumption by giving them subsidies on Roof Top Solar installations. It can be completed in phases. It will generate many employments. 2. Short Service concepts must be launched in every sector so that after 15 years of service there should be an option to leave the job by opting for pension option, it will give boost to new employment for the youths and segragation of the non productive employees. 3. Education and Health expenses must be categorised separately for Income Tax purpose, other than the overall limit of Rs. 1.50 Lac. 4. Atal Pension Yojana slabs of pension must be revised & enhanced (like 10000, 15000 & 30000). 5. Nursing Colleges on every Sub Division of India should be opened.

Reduce multiple level of taxation on ESOPs. The govt already deducts 30% tax on ESPOs given by MNCs during vesting. On top of that, when selling, a surcharge of 10% is added thus moving up income tax slab and charging more. How is this fair? Please ensure only 30% taxation at source and no more tax like adding surcharge etc. Provide a card (at a cost) to all salaried employees to get rebate on GST during property purchase, hospital bill payments, school and college fees payment, and grocery payments. Salaried employees are subject to triple taxation. Govt should run a property ownership validation programme in all states to identify the real owner of each property to flush out landowners who evade taxation. A person can own a minimum of three properties with commensurate income shown. All other properties much be confiscated by the govt. This will help the govt earn more tax and give relief to the salaried class. Salaried income tax must be reduced to 20%

Govt.employee deduct every month income tax from their salary, as such on final day they depoist their total income tax as applicable in annual income. Kindly see they are not imposed fine, and undue interest on fine not listening their reply to their queries.

There are few steps we must take to ensure a self-reliant and strategically autonomous India in future : 1) India needs to focus highly on Blue economy. We need to explore more resources and minerals in our EEZ and the other areas of Indian Ocean. Blue economy and agriculture are the way forward for India. 2) The best way to grow economy is Investment and what can be a better Investment for country like India then it's own youth. Education system must be revamped in an aggressive manner. 3) We need to achieve self-reliance in fulfilling our energy needs. Only a country that can fulfill its energy requirements on it's own can be a superpower. We need to invest aggressively in resource rich nations of Africa in a way that takes care of our interests. 4) Launch a budget campaign for recycling waste products. 5) Implement a single charger policy like Europe to prevent the EV waste in our country and thereby reduce pollution. 6) Bring Federal judiciary structure.

Dear Budget Committee, this is regarding PMJAY Scheme, The scheme is very good initiative and benefited a lot. GOI is paying to the states on sharing basis and for UT 100%. As per my opinion GOI should also spend to develop World class Superspeciality treatment Hospitals like cardiology, cancer, nephrology, gastroenterology, pediatric cardiology and cardiac surgery Hospital Infrastructure to provide super speciality services forthe peoples of the countries simultaneously while running the PMJAY scheme and slowly shift to the Government Super Speciality facility. By Paying Higher Scale to the Super Specialist Doctors,by running super Specilaity Couses like DNB,by hire Managment Person to manage day to day operation for smooth functioning. we have many trust base, organization who are running specialty, superspeciality, teaching hospitals who are serving to the people of India examples like CMC Vellor, State wise at least one such Hospitals for the people of India.

नमस्ते भारतीय संस्कृति के संरक्षण में सार्वजनिक लायब्रेरी(पुस्तकालय) महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा सकते हैं।लेकिन वर्तमान में राज्यसरकार सार्वजनिक पुस्तकालयों को नाममात्र सब्सिडी दे रही है। इस छोटीसी सब्सिडी के कारण पार्ट टाइम लायब्रेरी खुली रहती है। कर्मचारी अधिक वक्त नही दे पाते। इससे उद्देश्य पूरा नहीं हो रहा है। हालांकि, केंद्रीय सब्सिडी देने का बजेट करेंगे तो बहुत अच्छा होगा। 50%राज्य ओर 50% केंद्र से अनुदान देने का प्रबंध करें। सार्वजनिक लायब्रेरी में पढ़ने से ओर अभ्यास करने से वे बुद्धिमान नागरिक बनेंगे। देशभक्ति के विचार धारा बढ़ेंगी।
