Dear sir, 1. Education and health sector has become a source of exploiting money from middle class family and evading tax payments. There is a need to cap the maximum charges in both the sectors. 2. Corruption by government officials needs to be dealt more severely specifically police, politicians and bureaucrats. Without getting rid of this we cannot become developed country. 3. Bring all private sector workers/ self employees like retailers, teachers, builders, shopkeepers to pay taxes if they cone under the slab. 4. Give concession in taxation to all our defence employees. 5. Link entire movable and immovable property in our country with AADHAR and PAN card and carryout an analysis of net worth vs tax paid for each citizen. 6. Replace reservations for EWS in place of present caste based system in gradual manner. 7. Consider the existing pension schemes for MPs/ MLAs.

Please lower the rate of interest of home loan. It's very difficult for lower or middle class people to manage the finance.

Justice MB Shah committee on blackmoney has recommended ban on cash transactions of above Rs 3 lakh and restricting cash holding with individuals to not more than Rs 15 lakh to curb illegal wealth in the economy. Post demonetisation many people including villagers and unorganised sector are using digital means to transact. Therefore, limit of 15 Lakhs would be sufficient to take care of emergencies. Hence, the recommendation of the MB Shah committee may be implemented so as to curb black money. Regards, Dr L Ramji Rao
