1. the Government Employees joined from 01/04/2004 not getting ion. But givi contribution of 10 percent of their salary alongwith 14 percent share from Government side. The opposition and various unions are requesting to implement OPS but government can initiate major change i.e. all the share i.e. 10+14 percent can be bute by the employer. I think their is no future burden on Government as well as Employees are also feel happy.
2. If point 1 is not implementable then it would be help for government employees those joined in NPS system if their own contribution i.e. 10 percent share of salary which is contributing in NPS may be getting Income Tax exemption in addition to 80 C which 1.5 lakhs.
3. The standard deduction of 50000 may be enhance upto 1 lakh.
4. The government has announced 10 lakhs Governmen jobs in government sector but what can government do one more thing to reduce retirement age from 60 to 58 due to this additional jobs may create which will reduce unemployment.

Plz Remove the caste based reservation systems in every field. It's high time now all underdeveloped castes have started to flourish. Now it's time for equality in everything. Everyone should get their opportunities based on their talents and hardwork.

1) Investment into annuity scheme ( issued by life insurance companies) should be exempted for investment up to 2 lacs per year under separate section. IT limit for individuals should be - 6 lacs, for Senior citizens- 7 Lacs, For sup. Sen. Citz-8Lacs. This limits could be linked to GST paid by individuals in a year for bills >Rs.5000/- with GST bills.(2) All the persons/companies/ firms/ individuals should be taxed 50% of income tax if doing transactions in cash for per transactions more than Rs5000/-. Hospitals which are treating the patients under insurance , if charging more than the agreed rate of insurance for treatment, such hospitals must be taxed heavily for overcharging from patients. As the state governments are failing in controlling such malpractices by hospitals, this could be done by central governments to protect the interests of citizens who are denied the health benefits even after buying the health policies or health scheme provided by government.
