1. Condition of our health care service is not good.We should improve it. A single bed in govt should be assured for each family of our country. We are experiencing many patients who are lying on floor of so many govt hospitals. This is shameful for us.

2. To increase ITR submission, our govt may offer assured bed and free treatments in all govt hospitals.

3. Govt penalize us for unsafe,rough driving but our road conditions are not good for safe driving.We may appoint private sector to maintain our highways or road and they will be penalized for any bad road conditions.

4. Education system is the main pillar of our country.We should build a developed educational environment for all. We offer scholarships after getting admission but many poor meritorious students unable to get admission. So, govt should assure admission of all such meritorious students without admission fees.

For any further clarification for my all the above suggestions, I am ready to explain you.

Since many union budget meetings, the income tax slab for common people has not been increased. Every item purchase has got GST, this time keeping in common people in mind - you have to increase income tax slab, so that common people should have little economic benefits.

Please consider below which have been never thought in making the strong and developed India:
1) Depending on contributions to EPFO, the pension amount has to be disbursed in %. This enables senior citizen to live happily and independently.
2) Provide benefits of pension to the people based on what income tax amount they have contributed. Not fixed amount but %of what they contribute up to age of 60. This makes tax payers to pay you the taxes happily as they are contributing for nation development.
3) Make the law to avoid freebies....this never makes person to be independent and makes lazy; avoid tax money waste; political parties shouldn't use this money as their vote grabbing technique;
4) Increase the tax slab as the cost of living has gone up too much. Bring down the taxes to only 10% and 20%.
5) Education to be affordable by capping. Educational Institutes to take fees only in digital mode and cash receipts to be penalized.
6) Enough of reservation of last 70 years.

Taxability of PF Contribution above a particular amount is driven through Income Tax Act. However, the employee does not have a choice on statutory PF Contribution.

The suggestion is to handle it through a capping in EPF Act instead of Income Tax Act. So, if the PF contribution itself is capped by the PF Act to ₹250000 for employee and ₹750000 for employer respectively, the current objective of taxability gets addressed.

On ₹750000 cap : If the employer wants to pay more to the employee, that will be part of salary in some other form and taxed.

On ₹250000 cap : Since the employer cannot deduct more than this amount per annum as PF contribution from employee's salary, this amount will be paid to employee as salary and any way by taxed. The employee can choose to invest or spend it as he or she chooses.

This achieves the tax objective and at the same time leaves the taxable amount at the employee's disposal for use.
