In order to make the Union Budget-making process participative and inclusive, the Ministry of Finance has sought inputs from citizens for the last several years. This year too, the ...

10. Change Tax slabs , Upto 3 Lakh=0, thereafter 5%,10%,20%,25%,30% with every increase of 5Lakhs
11. Remove Cess of IT, unnecessary burden on people paying taxes.
12. Involve corporate in CSR activity to develop nation.
13. Reduce Bank interest rates as very less people going for FDs due to insecurity, less insurance =1 Lakh, either increase insurance to 10 Lakhs.
14. Promote manufacturing sector and link this with science/technology innovation to increase productivity.
contd.
Respected FM, For good budget we should reduce tax slab,so that complience will increase. We should widen the tax net so more & more people should pay I-tax. For agriculture income big farmers should be in tax net. For tax defaulters there should be double, triple or more tax penalty. But I will not advise jail term for tax defaulters because that will increase corruption by tax man by intimidating them.
In regards to fee of Central universities.
1. I have made a research on internet and found the fee of Central universities are not so high. And if government increases the fee the protests start.
So I want to suggest please exempt economically weak students from the fee of any kind. As government is not going get huge amount of fee from them as the fee is low. But exemption will make sure there will be no politics on the basis of fee.
As government has already exempted economically weak
Education, health and Safe Foods without chemicals and adulteration with a proper environment with fresh air and water should be the foremost focused subject.
Everyone deserves a
#home(PM awas yojna is doing good)
#proper education(govt schools should be better and *private school fees and price of books should be regulated
#Health (big revolution needed with price regulation of medicines and fees(private hospital)
#Safe food
#clean water and air-big revolution needed towards environment
Hello Sir,
Thank you very much.
Would like to see IT slab as below. Would be a great step for us middle class.
Change IT Slabs as below:
Income Limit less than 60 yrs
upto 5 lakhs 0
5-10 lakhs 5%
10-20 lakhs 10%
20-30 lakhs 20%
30-50 lakhs 30%
50-1 Cr 35%
Please remove income tax for pensioners
It will be great if the FM can offer some kind of a social security to the IT Assessees post retirement. Not all enjoy pension facilities. Post retirement is a period when their family responsibilities increase with children having to be married off or their education yet to be completed. That is also the time when health concerns start and sadly income stops. Ms. Seetharaman iwas the first FM to acknowledge the tax payer. Wish she is the first to help this segment too.
I also want to suggest that income tax should be abolished and tax should be on services and goods so that people who are evading on income tax can pay equal tax on services used.
Please look at reducing the pressure on normal tax payers (employees). The tax payers are being charged on the income as well as the expenditure. Please look at the possibility of reduce income tax & increased GST
You can look at providing some benefits in gov services to consistent tax payers which will encourage paying taxes.
Tax slabs should be reviewed every 5 years as yearly raise in inflation and costs is not proportional to tax slabs. 2laks for 80C hasn't been reviewed for yrs
