Dear FM, Please provide more incentive for digital payments. I suggest income-tax exemption on GST amount paid by digital channels. For example if someone spends 10 lacs by digital channels in a year and paid 1.5 lacs as GST then this 1.5 lacs can be exempted from income-tax. This will increase consumption (putting money in hands of consumers) and streamline industry (also reducing cash dependency and black money). It also avoid double taxation for individuals.

Additional benefits for regular tax payers: Incentivise the regular tax payers which will not only give an incentive to fill taxes regularly but also get more and more people under tax filing. Other countries provide incentives to regular tax payers with smallest of things like access to airports VIP lounge, free parking, concession at toll booths etc. Even Pakistan rewards the top tax payers.

Fraud cases on properties should be solved as we are facing issues on the property fraud and no body is there to take action. There are lot many people in India who are also facing this issue.
