The root of all evil is property rates and rentals. If a person wants to start a small business the property rates nullify the ROI of business planning. In case of going for rental premises the same applies. There was a time when one could start a small workshop or processing or service industry with a small capital from friends and relatives but today it is impossible to do so. I suggest that small sheds for msme units be leased out in special hubs at reasonable prices to generate employment.

Dear FM, Please find below my suggestions for Budget 2020. 1) Complete tax rebate for first time tax filer.Thia will encourage young and new tax payers. 2) Change 5-10 lacs income to 10% instead of 20% slab. 3) Increase 80C limit from 1.5 lacs to 2.5 lacs. 4) Bring new investment options except NPS for sections outside 80C. 5) Education loans rates for all education in India uptill graduation, must be cheaper. Seperate rates for Masters and education abroad.

Some thoughts for budget in 2020 - rationalise taxes on investments. Income on Fixed Deposits, Bonds, Interest on Government securities is taxed at Income tax instead of Capital Gains tax. Taxes on Equities, Debt, as well as Futures and Options should be taxed at same capital gains. Interest is income on capital (which was already taxed the first time) - Reduce number of GST slabs - Make it easier to invest in Government and State Government securities (as well as municipal bonds)

Examination system in India is quite obsolete and flaws-ridden. owing to tha inefficiency of this system that quality of skilled professionals produced in our country is very poor. the fact is Indian examination system is not recognized in the advanced countries. Indian professionals have to pass exams in these countries to be qualified to do jobs there. Indian examination system encourages students to cram at cost of understanding, which is quite harmful for that students as well as generally.
