If they are rich enough to buy 30lac worth car not one but more than one then they definitely afford to pay tax. And why must farmers be left out of the tax paying community? And other small workers? Everybody who earns have to pay tax. Dependents cannot. Set a flat rs 100 tax from all small worker farmers other working communities whose income is under maybe 2.5 lacs .A lot of people would be accountable and welfare will be faster pace

I have couple of ideas. Please introduce annual vehicle tax for people who own more than one car above 30 lacs which are fossil fuel based because the people who such cars should be aware of roads but instead they are ones who violate rules drive rash make roads congested and cause accidents. They also cause lot of pollution. This way will be responsible. If they violate rules then the there is traffic penalty and tax increases as well.

All 100% Export Oriented Units (EOU) with turnover of upto Rs. 20 Crore shall be allowed complete Income Tax exemptions. So that small manufacturer can compete with other countries because EOU brings all revenue in foreign exchange to our country.

The people who have already become part of diaspora must also contribute to this one time tax. This can be checked through their passport. If they have paid this tax a special stamp would be on the passport otherwise they can be penalised with extra tax. You can also introduce donation for home country's development for the very rich. This way we can get lot of revenue from the people who are earning a lot and even the outsiders a re accountable.

Introduce one time NRI Tax. Many people from our nation are working and living in other countries but they have used and have been using our country's resources. So they must be taxed. For eg many students from premier institutes like IIT and IIMs are placed in foreign companies and what do they contribute to the nation whilst using the resources is just presumed foreign remittances.
So to make their contribution count in GNP put say 1 percent of their 1st month income as one time tax

Digital System

Please address the issue of cannabis legalisation. It is useful in a lot of neurological disorders and many products are manufactured using other parts of the plant. Overall, it is a huge industry and in India, it has the potential to be the world’s largest, generating more jobs to help with the economy
